What’s better than a rock-off? How about a rock-off combined with a battle to determine who makes the best wings in North Lake Tahoe. Six restaurants and six bands face off for the ultimate supremacy in “Best Wings” and “Best Band.” The restaurants compete for ultimate bragging rights and the chance to hold the Wing vs. Wing Champion Trophy, while the bands battle for a $500 cash prize. Your vote will help choose the winners! And that’s not all September is also filled with fun Oktoberfest festivals with one happening in Tahoe City on September 21st and another at Palisades Tahoe on September 28th.

Deep in what’s affectionately called the “Swiss Alps of California,” the scenic town of June Lake is hosting what is arguably the ultimate jam band festival.
