The bloom of spring is slowly transitioning into the warmth and sunshine of summer. What this means is it’s almost road trip time! A time for families and friends to explore nature up close and personal. The question is where? The obvious answer is Yosemite National Park but why not explore a bit further with the Majestic Mountain Loop road trip!
What’s The Majestic Mountain Loop?

The concept is simple… visit not just one national park but THREE in a three-day trip. Or better yet, extend it for a full week! How? Well, what many folks don’t realize is how close three of California’s National Parks really are to one another. With just a short drive, you can sample what each of these parks have to offer all in one adventure.
The Majestic Mountain Loop – A Unique Road Trip Like No Other
The U.S. National Park System is considered one of the best in the world. So, when you combine it with a road trip, it makes for a one-of-a kind American experience that you can’t have anywhere else. But what if you don’t have a lot of time or just want a taste? The Majestic Mountain Loop will fit the bill.
Why You Should Check Out The Majestic Mountain Loop Road Trip

Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and Yosemite National Parks are all within a short drive of each other and offer different experiences. Sequoia gives you access to explore groves of the largest trees on the planet. Within the Kings Canyon National Park, you’ll find a diversity of plant life and scenery unlike anywhere else and you can go spelunking inside of the Boyden Cave. Then finish it off strong by seeing the world-famous Tunnel View within Yosemite National Park and hop onto a 19th century steam engine at the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad.
